Conditions for Returns

A return can only be initiated after you have physically received the product.

The return must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item.

Once the return has been approved, you have an additional 15 days to send the product back.

The return package must be shipped to our supplier’s original address in China.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees or customs charges.

Products must be unused (trying on is allowed), unwashed, undamaged and in original condition with all tags attached.

Wearing the product beyond trying it on is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Sale Items
Products marked as sale or discounted are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Instead, we offer a free replacement product, where the customer only pays the shipping cost.
We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Restocking Fee
A fee of $20 USD per returned product will be deducted from the refund.
This fee covers inspection, handling and reintegration into our inventory system.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Total Return Timeframe
You have 15 days to report a return and an additional 15 days to ship it back.
The total return period is therefore 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns reported or shipped after this timeframe will not be accepted.

You will then receive the return address from our supplier in Asia.
Send the product back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be issued within 15 days to the original payment method (minus any fees such as the restocking fee, if applicable).

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
