• A return can only be initiated after you have physically received the product.

• The return must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item.

Products marked as sale or discounted are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Instead, we offer a free replacement product, where the customer only pays the shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

A fee of $20 USD per returned product will be deducted from the refund.
This fee covers inspection, handling and reintegration into our inventory system.
